The lake house landscaping updates are complete as of 2025, as is the structural work on the pole barn. 2026 house projects include updates to the writer's room, and two bedrooms receiving XL Twin beds and some cosmetic updates. Your general partner is working issues related to disposition of partner shares in the event of a partner's death, the question of how and when to add the next generation of family members to the partnership, and getting an updated property survey in pursuit of a commercial forest designation for a portion of the Elk Lake property.
